We are currently looking for a Head of Global IT to work closely with the whole company to enable the growth of our current and future systems for optimization of use. To manage and build an IT team that works within our company to continue to move us into the future. In this role, you’ll bring your technical know-how to help update current systems, motivate a team to work as efficiently with all technologies available and bring new and exciting ideas to the table.   

Your Responsibilities:   

• Directs the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure for all back of the office operations 
• Understands business goals and objectives and aligns those into IT goals as well as system requirements 
• Works collaboratively with other business units to review requests, analyze requirements, and propose solutions that optimize internal processes 
• Managing a budget 
• Manages IT vendors and consultants 
• Maintains IT contingency plans 
• Manages overall budget for IT expenditures 
• Managing and building the right team of people to work in our organization’s circles.  
• Finding initiative ways to use current and new technologies to complete our daily task 
• Working within the Azure marketplace and maintaining and creating new templates when needed. 
• Working with a global team and accommodating different cultures and time zones.   

 Your Key Qualifications:  

• 5 or more years of lead IT positions  
• Strong Technical Skills, primarily on the MS technology stack 
• Understanding how to scale technology systems as the company grows 
• Detail-oriented, analytical, excellent oral and written communication skills 
• A demonstrable track record of leading individuals and teams through complex change 
• Good commercial insight with a comprehensive appreciation of how technology can enable positive business change 
• Experience leading an IT team in a start-up company  
• Strong customer-facing skills, in particular, the ability to gain respect and confidence of senior stakeholders within the Operating Company(s) 
• Excellent self-organization 
• Strong project management skills 
• Direct experience of managing budgets
