Our mission is to protect life.

We’re out to make the world a safer place by solving big problems and taking on the public safety challenges of our time. From our company's inception building the TASER device to a full suite of hardware and software solutions, we are focused on providing police agencies with the state-of-the-art devices and services they need to successfully serve and protect us. In the next few years, we're going to eliminate the burden of paperwork in policing, so officers can increase the time they spend building relationships and serving in their communities. We’ll put video at the heart of the police record so our justice system can get to the truth faster. And we won't stop innovating until the bullet is rendered obsolete.

It’s a big mission, but it’s one we’ll pursue relentlessly every single day.

Your impact

We are building a new product that will help get police officers back out on the streets, help detectives solve and prosecute crime, and help police leaders and communities make better data driven decisions. If you are interested in solving critical, concrete, real-world problems, this is the challenge for you. If you are interested in creating a mission critical product used to save lives, this is the product for you.

Our users are not a typical “enterprise SaaS” user base. These public servants work in a uniquely challenging environment and they expect their software to be there for them in the most difficult circumstances. As such, we are extremely close with our customers so that we can deeply understand their goals, their needs, and everything that keeps them from keeping us safe in the most efficient and effective way possible. Everyone on the team, from engineers to designers, gets regular opportunities to ride along with officers while they keep communities safe. Your first ride-along with a patrol officer will forever change your perception of what the job is, and what the city is like. You will be surrounded by a cross functional team that is passionate about solving hard problems.

You will join a rapidly growing team focused on taking Axon Records to the next level. You will own the product vision and execution of significant portions of the product.
