Job Description

This entry level Product Analyst position will be a very impactful and important role covering many disciplines at Wrench! Reporting to the Director of Product and Analytics, your primary role will be a business analyst digging into the data and looking at trends in our fast growing and scrappy startup in downtown Seattle. Additionally, you will also be trained in product management and help drive product improvements that directly lead to revenue growth and optimization.

Responsibilities:

Parts, Pricing, and Unit Economic Analyses

Operational and Labor Analyses

Marketing Analyses including attribution, LTV, and CAC

Website Analyses

Various Reporting and Ad-Hoc Analyses

Various Product projects and probably other random items. It’s a startup :)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (Quantitative disciplines preferred)

SQL Wizardry (Required)

Knowledge of Databases (Required)

Analytical Mindset (Required)

Business Intelligence Tools (ideally PowerBI but not required)

Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment (Required)

Not a jerk (Required)

2 Years analytics experience (preferred)

Excel modeling skills (preferred)

Knowledge of Automotive Repair Industry (preferred)
