We’re looking for a Product Lead to oversee our Food & Nutrition Collective community. This community is a platform built for users to experience and learn the ways that nutrition is critical for holistic wellbeing. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional product team through the development, launch and adoption of the product. 

What you'll do:

• Develop product vision and strategy by working backwards from the customer and defining your product strategy
• Execute with design and engineering teams to take the product vision from research to roadmap to shipping a mobile app experience
• Drive prioritization across multiple development team and manage communication across internal stakeholders
• Understand user needs deeply, building customer empathy through online channels, one-on-one interviews, and shadowing exercises to observe, listen, and learn how people use and experience the product
• Be obsessed with metrics from engagement through retention and leverage these insights in Thali Collective product goals

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of experience leading software products in food tech or nutritional wellbeing industries
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design and product teams to deliver products/services
• A strong POV on design and user experience, as well as the analytic background necessary to track and improve the adoption and performance of your product; consumer product and design experience a plus
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
• Ability to deeply understand market trends, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies
