The Reach app and service elevates user’s holistic wellbeing by harnessing the power of healthy habits to deliver positive and lasting behavior change. Reach provides personalized programs, relevant engaging content and expert coaching across food and nutrition, activity and fitness, mindfulness and more.

We're looking for a Product Lead to lead the strategy for one of our wellness products on the Reach team at RoundGlass. You'll lead a cross-functional product team through the development, launch and adoption of the product. In this role, you'll drive the vision and definition of a wellness vertical across product management, design and engineering.

What you'll do:

• Develop product vision and strategy by working backwards from the customer and defining your product strategy
• Execute with design and engineering teams to take the product vision from research to roadmap to shipping a mobile app experience
• Drive prioritization across multiple development team and manage communication across internal stakeholders
• Understand user needs deeply, building customer empathy through online channels, one-on-one interviews, and shadowing exercises to observe, listen, and learn how people use and experience the product
• Be obsessed with mobile metrics from engagement through retention and leverage these insights in Reach product goals

What we're looking for:

• A degree in Computer Science, design or other related fields, along with an MBA preferred
• 8+ years of technology product leadership experience; preferably from the health, wellness or wellbeing industries
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design and product teams to deliver products/services
• A strong POV on design and user experience, as well as the analytic background necessary to track and improve the adoption and performance of your product; consumer product and design experience a plus
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
• Ability to deeply understand market trends, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies
