Pinterest is looking for a motivated self-starter to lead the Ads Measurement Product team in Seattle. We are in a unique position to bring user and advertiser value in a way that hasn't been done in industry. You'll make a tremendous impact on how Pinterest's performance is perceived and understood and shape the narrative for advertisers and content marketers to maximize their value. This Product Manager will build and own a full suite of measurement and attribution products across all types of advertising objectives to help advertisers understand powerful insights Pinterest data can bring. The ideal candidate can be equally effective meeting VP’s at large advertisers one day, and working side by side with product managers, analysts, engineers and marketers the next day. The ability to simplify abstract concepts as well as dive deep into technology and data are critical for this role. 

What you'll do:

  • Lead product vision, strategy, and execution across Measurement, Attribution and Insights at Pinterest
  • Leverage Pinterest's unique place in the user conversion path to develop innovative products for measurement and attribution
  • Influence the advertising industry and evangelize Pinterest's unique role in the conversion path, shifting how the industry looks at attribution
  • Work cross functionally with technical, creative, marketing and research teams and partner with business and corporate development for opportunities to accelerate our 1st and 3rd party measurement solutions
  • Travel between Seattle and San Francisco regularly

What we're looking for:

  • At least 10 years of product management or related experience at fast growing companies with proven success
  • Deep understanding of ad tech and the measurement space, including direct response and brand advertising
  • Action oriented and knows how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
  • Technical education (CS, EE, etc.) or equivalent work experience
