Product Manager - Growth Platform
Role Description
The Experimentation's team mission is to help Dropboxers build top class products and growth experiences and across all platforms (backend, mobile, desktop and web). You will equip Dropboxers with the ability to drive experimentation to influence product decisions at massive scale (e.g. A/B testing tools, Analytics). Through this, you will impact the way Dropbox assess, prioritize and analyzes its line of products, for hundreds of millions of users.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with Product Managers, Growth Marketers and Product Analytics to deeply understand and synthesize their needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications
- You'll collaborate with engineers to ship new, impactful features solving critical problems resulting in building out the best in class experimentation service.
- You will be responsible for developing a user experience that improves workflow efficiency and enables faster iterations to ship quality products for our users and craft growth opportunities by building better tools
Requirements
- Bachelor''s degree required, specialization in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics preferred or similar experience as a Software Engineer, Designer or startup founder
- 4+ years as a Product Manager
- Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions
- Experience in crafting and helping build scalable platforms
- Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Build cross-functional relationships and manage complex, cross-functional projects
- Metrics driven approach to product development or experience with growth, ad servers, or marketing a strong plus
