The RoundGlass Collective platform builds wellbeing communities that bring people and their passions together. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can embrace the RG vision, direct product development and ensure our platform driven software product ships on time and as intended. You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features that are consistent with the RoundGlass vision.
To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive, confident and creative product leader with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve throughout the product life cycle.
What you'll do:
- Own product lifecycle from conception through to customer delivery, including specification, design, launch, and enhancement phases
- Define and develop product requirements, features and roadmaps; analyze customer use cases, conduct market research, understand competitive landscape
- Establish goals for platform growth and profitability
- Define GTM strategy
- Define success metrics
- Set direction for customer experience from awareness, to consideration, to purchase
- Work collaboratively with engineering, design and other relevant team to ensure successful product definition and deliver
- Incorporate input ongoing from customers, partners and in-house teams to improve platform and customer experience
What we're looking for:
- 4-6 years of software/digital product management experience
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Ability to create wireframes and walk through docs
- Familiarity with Agile framework and methodologies such as User Centered Design, Lean Startup, XP, Scrum or Kanban.
- Demonstrated ability to set a vision, inspire and lead (directly and/or by influence) cross-functional multidisciplinary teams composed of other product managers, engineers, writers, QA, designers
- Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with other stakeholders (marketing, partnership, legal, services, support, etc.) - providing guidance and direction to realize a product vision.
- Background in software development and/or technical program management is preferred
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering preferred
- Experience with social media, marketplace, profile-based platforms
