Founded in 2015, Wrench is a technology-driven, full-service automotive shop without the shop. We service an impressive variety of cars and trucks, offering everything from oil changes and preventive maintenance to brake jobs and no-starts. Our ASE-certified mobile mechanics can perform most jobs right in your driveway or in your office’s parking lot, freeing you up to spend your time as you wish. We are currently in seven major markets - Seattle, Austin, Dallas,Houston, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Portland, and are expanding into multiple markets in soCal. What You'll Do at Wrench
As a Product Manager, you’ll work on a tight-knit, but ever growing team dedicated to increasing Wrench’s efficiency and process development by improving the customer experience at every touchpoint. We work in a collaborative environment, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the company’s growth and have fun while doing it.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop the overall product roadmap
- Help build new tools that make our mechanics and internal teams more efficient
- Prioritize feature requests and initiatives and develop them seamlessly into existing products
- Research and improve our customer applications (both consumer and fleet) by analyzing large data-sets
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of PM experience supporting the delivery of Software Development projects in a dynamic engineering organization
- Track record of identifying and solving complex process problems through product development
- Desire to live the startup life
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project-management skills and ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-centered mentality
- Fast learner and self-starter
- Understanding of/experience with Agile Methodology and practices
- Strong wire framing and spec-building skills.
- Software development experience
- Fundamental SQL knowledge
