Product Manager

Within Chewy, the Chewy Health team is focused on redefining how vets and pet parents care for their pets, and we are on a multi-year journey to build a set of new pet parent and veterinarian facing services that make it easier to keep pets of all shapes and sizes leading healthy, happy lives.
As part of this mission, Chewy Health is looking for a Product Manager in Bellevue, WA to own the customer facing shopping features which enable veterinarian clinics to earn revenue by selling on Chewy.com. As a PM, you will optimize the existing "buy from your vet clinic" shopping experience, and develop new features to drive this business on Chewy.com and the Chewy App. You will innovate on behalf of both vet clinics and pet parents, working across key business, tech, and design stakeholder teams to identify, test, and launch product enhancements which drive conversion for Chewy, and revenue for vet clinics. The right leader for this role will use a blend of customer insight, creativity, and analytical rigor to ensure we continue to raise the bar for vet clinics and pet parents alike.
What You'll Do:
- Own the end to end customer journey for "buy from your vet clinic" on Chewy.com and the Chewy app
- Work cross-functionally across Product, Design, Technology, Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Executive teams to create and build support for a shared product vision
- Set the product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate feature releases and internal/external communications
- Develop a keen understanding of the product design and development process, identifying areas of improvement and implementing process solutions quickly
- Utilize data to understand customer behavior/needs as well as business objectives; enable the team to transform that knowledge into product enhancements and new features
- Write detailed requirements and use cases/user stories and communicate them effectively with business stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with UX Design team on primary/customer research, ensuring new features meet customer and business needs
- Define and monitor CX and operational metrics and manage related inputs to measure success and quantify user experience for veterinarians, pet parents, and pets
- Communicate product strategy and status to key stakeholders across Chewy
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in product management or related field; E-Commerce experience preferred
- Extraordinary analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to cut through complexity and turn high-level business requirements and opportunities into specific projects
- Strong product management skills with demonstrated complex product launches, ability to influence and motivate others, and perseverance to handle challenging business situations and make trade-offs at all levels of management
- Experience developing product strategy, defining detailed product requirements, prioritizing product road-map, and working at a fast pace to deliver results
- The ability to work with financial and data modelers, including performing model quality control and triangulation of modeling assumptions
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Econ, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Position requires some travel (10%)
Bonus:
- Experience with launching new technology products/services to veterinary clinics OR medical practices
- Strong understanding of the overall pet care industry and/or recent trends in technology and services (consumer and enterprise) for human and pet healthcare
- In depth experience and understanding of the veterinary profession in the US
