Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Product & Service Quality Manager (Level K) for our 2nd/3rd Shift Tooling Quality team in Everett, WA.
This position will support the Tooling Inspections team. The teams' area of responsibility is to perform routines and periodic tool inspections on all major and minor tools across the Everett Site while monitoring a call board for ad hoc items. In addition, perform 3D shoots utilizing laser tracker and photogrammetry to ensure product conformance. If nonconformance is identified the team documents the condition within our quality management system.
Position Responsibilities

  • Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations.
  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.
  • Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
  • May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies. Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 5+ years' experience leading and influencing people in a Quality, Engineering or manufacturing organizations
  • 5+ years' experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
  • Must be willing to work any shift based on the needs of the operation


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • 5+ years in Quality Assurance
  • 5+ years working in a Production environment


Relocation
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Shift Work Statement
2nd shift but needs to be willing to oversee 3rd shift.

Summary pay range: 115,600 - 156,400
