The Role:

Outreach is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will leverage experience and deep knowledge of Quote to Cash (QTC) systems and business processes to design creative solutions building an infrastructure for scalable growth across the business. This candidate will be leading enterprise-level projects working closely with our Finance, Legal, GTM and Prod/Engineer teams to create efficiencies in our QTC processes. It is crucial that this candidate is an analytical thinker and problem solver, has excellent communication skills and technical curiosity, and most importantly the ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally within the organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance, Legal, GTM and Product/Engineering teams in leading global Quote to Cash projects
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand business requirements prior to scoping the technical solution
  • Capture, analyze, and validate business needs of stakeholders, using data and information from various sources
  • Document detailed and thorough User Stories and Acceptance Criteria 
  • Prioritize the backlog and sets expectations with stakeholders
  • Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand process and technical inefficiencies, identify root causes, and drive and implement best practices solutions
  • Support change management and enablement

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in a business analyst or equivalent role working with Salesforce
  • Experience working with CPQ systems and processes
  • Experience working in an Agile team
  • Deep knowledge of Sales & Support systems
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience with Outreach, Jira, Confluence, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Zuora, CPQ, Financial Force, and other Sales tools a plus
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator a plus
  • 4-year degree preferred
