We are looking for a Senior Director, Product Management who will continue to enable the innovation for the core Icertis product portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a lawyer by profession with an interest and track record of bringing innovative B2B enterprise products and solutions to market. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the technical depth to work closely with our product and engineering teams. This professional will be passionate about a cloud/SaaS Platforms and has proven product management skills.

The role brings legal expertise required to define requirements for products that will be used by Legal departments of global 2000 companies, especially in context of managing contracts, implementing contracting policies, matter management & legal ops of large companies. You will heavily engage with Sales, Marketing, Customers, Prospects, Partner, Analysts and the Senior Management team. This role will also collaborate with the core product team based in India.

This is a high impact role with a company-wide scope and is based in Bellevue WA or can be based remotely within the US. #LI-remote.

What you will do:

• Identify and define product features that significantly improve the way legal departments work in large corporations.
• Interact with industry forums, customer peers & other professional bodies to identify emerging trends in Legal Ops and legal process management.
• Recommend and design features that can cater to multiple regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Champion at least one product requirement/feature every release cycle and work closely with the core product engineering team in Pune to get it built.
• Be a passionate and highly credible voice of the customer in product and engineering investments.
• Interface and proactively manage requirements from stakeholders inside and outside of Icertis to help build short-term and long-term product roadmaps that deliver a winning product portfolio across customer segments, verticals and business functions.
• Build relationships and work closely with other product managers and engineering teams to provide and prioritize external requirements.
• Help define new market opportunities, establish target audience, develop product collateral and competitive differentiation assets.
• Lead product representation in sales and marketing engagements to bring new market perspectives and evangelize Icertis products.
• Support and participate in external events like trade shows, customer meetings, pre-sale demos, business events, and engagement with leading industry analysts.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to build release themes, product strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• Engage with and support the Senior Management team leaders as required.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in legal oriented products and solutions.
• At least 5 years working experience of in corporate legal departments handling various types of matters like litigation, arbitration, engagement with external law firms etc.
• Proficiency in driving hands-on labs as well as building and delivering compelling demos at various events.
• Recent experience with Enterprise Software delivered as SaaS/Cloud is essential.
• Top notch written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and defend business cases.
• Domestic and international travel required post Covid-19.
