About You:

We are looking for a leader to drive the strategy and growth of our Convoy Go, our drop-and-hook offering. The role involves setting up the strategic vision and strategy, coordinating with key teams in the company for the implementation, and work closely with our data science, engineering, and design teams to expand our Convoy Go offering such that we delight our Shippers and Carriers.

You will:

• Roadmap & Features: You will own the product roadmap for part of Convoy. We organize the team, so you get clear accountability for a large area.
• Strategy: You will identify the key strategy questions and drive to resolution and alignment with stakeholders.
• Metrics & Experimentation: You will define the metrics, goals and measure experiments.

We're looking for someone who has:

• PM experience: 5+ years of experience owning product roadmap for a breakthrough product through multiple iterations.
• Data-driven: Experience defining metrics and running experiments and testing.
• Customer oriented: Works backward from customer and understands needs.
• Communication: Effective written and verbal communicator.

Nice to haves:

• Economics background or experience with marketplace businesses.
• Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science background.
