Senior Product Manager, Reconciliation

About the Role:
The Reconciliation team supports Remitly's mission by ensuring accurate and timely data to support Finance processes across products. Reconciliation teams need to easily identify fraudulent, improper and excessively aged transactions in real-time.
As the Product Manager for the Reconciliation team, you will build scalable products to reconcile financial data and ensure it can be used for economic decision-making. You will accomplish this by working with engineers and internal customers across Treasury, Accounting, and Remitly product teams. You will report to the product management lead for Finance Products.
You Will:
- Build products that help Reconciliation improve the time to detect and resolve issues in financial data
- Develop a deep understanding of Finance's data quality needs across remittance and new customer products
- Create a vision and multi-year roadmap for the team, informed by your collaboration with the business, customers and internal stakeholders
- Be the customer advocate and own our product backlog, create product requirements, and drive initiatives through completion
- Partner with engineering to create team goals and ensure we make the right trade-offs between incremental delivery and long-term sustainability
- Define critical business metrics that measure the impact of the team's products
You Have:
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Data analytics skills and experience working with data-heavy products
- Demonstrated ability creating a product strategy and executing on it across multiple teams
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or similar

Compensation Details: The starting base salary range for this position is typically $139,060 - $180,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
