About the Role
The Global Intelligence team at Uber delivers best-in-class competitive intelligence used by senior executives and business teams to make strategic decisions in our marketplaces across Mobility and Delivery. This includes metrics like category position (CP) and normalized price index (NPI), which tell us how we're doing relative to other players in our category. These metrics require the use of many disparate data sources that must be brought together at scale with high quality to ensure we have accurate information driving our decisions. We work closely with the business to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions to help them guide the business forward. We're looking for a senior product leader who can lead the larger organization in developing a bold, multi-year vision for where we want to take the team and deliver on it.
What the Candidate Will Do:

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Global Intelligence metrics platform.
• Understand the business and partner with internal business teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and make key prioritization decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams of product ops, engineering, and data science to ensure we are delivering against our roadmap.
• Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal partners to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Technical depth to effectively collaborate with Data Science & Engineering teams.
• Ability to write and present complex information clearly to executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with SQL
• Hands-on experience using data to build an insightful product story and make decisions with little guidance.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $174,000 per year - $193,500 per year.For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $174,000 per year - $193,500 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
