What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced, talented full-time Product Manager to join the Product & Design team at Tavour. The right fit for this position is looking to tackle new challenges at a company where your role has a direct and measurable high impact on the company’s growth.

Specific Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in product development, preferably working with mobile consumer or e-commerce products
- Proven track record of success owning projects end-to-end to deliver measurable results
- Success working closely with engineering and design teams in an agile methodology to launch new products and features 
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, lead through influence, and present across teams
- Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and user surveys to determine the best next opportunities
- Mastery at finding simple ways to learn quickly and iterate fast
- Experience writing SQL code and analyzing data and/or a desire to learn quickly 

Role Responsibilities

- Collaborate across the Product & Design team to come up with a strategic roadmap that drives revenue, engagement, and customer delight
- Leverage data to create strategies for driving new experiments and A/B tests and to draw grounded insights 
- Dive-deep in user research to uncover the biggest user pain points and biggest new areas for innovation and growth
- Write clear and concise product requirement documents for seamless handoff to the engineering team
- Coordinate with designers and engineers to ensure all pieces are in place to deliver fast results
- Work across teams to represent many voices in the requirements for new products

We believe in working from an environment that we genuinely enjoy. We are currently working entirely remote due to COVID-19, but we will return to utilizing our office space in Seattle once it is safe to do so.
