At Luum we tackle real, big commute problems. As a pioneer in enterprise commute management we engage employees, unify mobility options, and bring about meaningful change. We value individuality, autonomy, and drive (whatever your preferred commute mode may be). We have ambitious goals to expand nationally and this role is essential in realizing that growth.

The Technical Product Manager will understand enterprise SaaS technologies and be capable of handling a growing portfolio of Luum platform and customer experiences. You will bring together diverse stakeholders and varied priorities to empower our Product & Engineering teams to deliver unparalleled value to our customers.

In additional to the responsibilities listed above, you will:

  • Collaborate across teams to understand customer and business priorities
  • Own end-to-end product specifications
  • Document user stories which describe product requirements
  • Clarify product specification details with Engineering to implement a feature.
  • Articulate feature deliverables to various internal and customer stakeholders
  • Track priorities and schedules across the Engineering team
  • Compose user testing scenarios
  • Ensure timely product release and on-going product improvement

We would love to work with you if you have:

  • 3 – 5 years of technical product management or related experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Passion exploring the best ways to solve difficult user experience problems
  • Experience turning complex ideas into executable product specifications
  • Demonstrated experience in software development, and considering the complexity and cost of different approaches to problems
  • Success working with design teams to bring features to life through user stories and visuals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of software engineering practices
  • Extra Credit: hands-on experience writing code at some point in your education or career

We’re unique in that our software is purpose-built to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges. We are still in our nascent growth stages; The ideas you bring up over morning coffee, stand ups, or a Friday afternoon office beverage (spirited or otherwise) could dramatically shape the trajectory of Luum’s success.

The Luum ethos is one of balance that extends to our workplace environment. We have built our team to be reflective of––and carry out––our mission, vision and values. We are committed to growing a team that mirrors the customers we serve, and are intentional about diversity, inclusion, and equity as we scale our company.
