Main purpose of job

  • Design & Implement Test Automation Framework, which is scalable, reliable & maintainable.
  • Define & Implement best practices into Automation
  • Reduce Test/Release cycle by building impactful Automated Regression pack
  • Automate API/Component level tests to cover high-level functionality
  • Improve Automation coverage where needed
  • Documentation on usage and training QA engineers

Key skills & Experience

  • In addition to the skills needed to deliver the section above we are looking for:
  • Extensive experience in Test Automation, having worked with industry standard frameworks/tools (i.e. Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress etc.,)
  • Competent in building Test Suites in modern programming languages (i.e. Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript etc.)
  • Comfortable developing components using continuous integration / continuous delivery approaches
  • Comfortable to learn and apply new languages & frameworks to suit the project needs
  • Confident working with CI/CD pipelines and associated tooling (e.g. Jenkins, Git)
  • Strong SQL and API Test automation skills
  • Proven record of Automating complex SaaS based applications involving loads of Data input/output
  • Experience working within an agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies
  • Automating Non-Functional Testing (nice to have)
