Responsibilities:
- Manage monitoring and test planning for the Compliance Risk Management Program
- Execute monitoring and testing in accordance with the Global Compliance Risk Management program framework
- Utilize a risk-based approach to develop the scope of monitoring and testing
- Drive a consistent methodology for execution of testing
- Meeting with compliance and business subject matter experts to understand regulatory requirements and key controls to develop and execute test procedures and document test results and identified control gaps
- Collaborating with Compliance and Business team members and Business Management throughout the planning and testing process.
- Providing consultative guidance on compliance issues and proposed remediations, and validation of remediation activity within the product lines
- Serve as a leader for the department and execute projects impacting multiple products lines as assigned
Qualifications:
- Risk management or an auditing background required with proven experience managing test planning and lifecycle
- 5+ years in compliance or related areas in personal financial services with management experience
- Executive written and verbal communications skills (this role may advise business management and leadership)
- Strong knowledge of regulations associated with the offering of multiple business lines and current industry issues
- Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team to manage multiple priorities
- Associates degree or equivalent
