Role Description

To reach our goals, the HelloSign marketing team is on a journey to mature and ramp up strategic content efforts. We’re looking for a Content Producer who will play a crucial role in creating content that delivers on business objectives and audience needs. A content strategy is nothing if it doesn’t get properly implemented, and content creation is where the rubber hits the road—that’s what makes this role both exciting and impactful. The ideal candidate has keen attention to detail for both content quality and operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the production of compelling, customer-centric content for awareness, demand generation, activation, and cross-sell/upsell programs. You will manage a wide range of content types, encompassing blog posts, videos, eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, one-pagers, social media, digital experiences, and more, to deliver the right content at the right time. You’ll work within a cross-functional, growing marketing team to support our growth goals and shape the role of content in marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive content production for HelloSign, developing and overseeing a high volume of thought-leadership, product marketing, service-driven, and customer-centric content and their derivatives, such as social media and promotional assets
  • Flesh out creative briefs and make sure content creators and stakeholders understand content purpose and goals
  • Review and approve content drafts with a strong sense for compelling storytelling, strategic alignment, clarity, and brand style
  • Publish finalized content via CMS
  • Maintain content calendars, HelloSign blog, social media plans, and rolling content inventories
  • Direct and manage day-to-day communications and project tracking with creative teams and agencies
  • Partner with project management team and external agencies to uncover and implement operational efficiencies in the content production process
  • Work closely with the Sr. Content Strategy Manager, demand generation specialists, and product marketing managers to ideate and assess content alignment to business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with Brand Studio, Web Experience, and other cross-functional teams
  • Review content performance metrics and draw insights into what’s working and what’s not

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years content marketing experience managing or executing content production
  • Experience in digital content creation (such as blog writing/management, social media management, SEO, working within CMSs)
  • Exceptional story teller, idea generator, and audience-centric thinker
  • Strong substantive editing skills; familiarity working with editorial style guidelines
  • Project management skills; experience creating, documenting, and refining processes
  • Problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to be timely and responsive
  • Ability to compellingly communicate a product or a brand’s story, plus design sensibility to envision how content could be presented or distributed in formats other than text-based articles, such as infographics, video, or multimedia presentations
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
  • SaaS, software, or tech industry experience preferred
