We are looking for a passionate, creative, and results-oriented Content Writer. A successful candidate will have polished writing skills, be able to relate, understand, and connect with a multitude of online users, and have an aptitude for online marketing across platforms and audiences. If you’re great at working autonomously as well as with cross-functional teams, and you’re interested in having a direct impact on the bottom line, this is the opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will be able to produce short-form ad copy and longer-form articles for any vertical. 

The Role You Will Have:

• Research content topics and vertical themes, review creative strategies, and develop content 
• Create content for different websites and advertising networks using internal and third-party tools
• Work directly with media buyers to understand performance content needs 
• Continually adjust and fine-tune content and copy to appropriately target a wide array of content with our intended end users
• Assess content performance in combination with marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and financial results
• Communicate and report on content findings and recommend actions to ensure achievement of performance goals
• Explore the value of new creative opportunities within our team’s specific workflows

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• 1-3 years of content writing/copywriting experience
• B.A. in English, Journalism or Creative Writing is an asset but not required
• Able to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven environment and meet tight deadlines
• Superior work ethic and ability to produce a large amount of high-quality content in many different verticals - from Facebook ads to longer-form articles
• Critical thinking ability and attention to detail
• Outstanding writing, editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
• Experience in online marketing on social media and native networks, like Taboola and Outbrain an asset
