Training Content Specialist

Duties 

• Produce and edit training video content.

• Develop multimedia assets (graphics, animations, voiceovers, screen recordings).

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of course content.

• Build, deploy, and update course content in LearnUpon LMS.

• Complete proactive maintenance reviews.

• Maintain the naming, filing, and storage of online training assets.

• Monitor and address course issues reported by learners.

• Work closely with team members and subject matter experts to build content outlines and scripts.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Four-year degree or equivalent 

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical training content

• Knowledge of the instructional design process

• Experience in a high-growth tech company

• Ability to learn complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance

• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Team-focused attitude and experience translating customer needs into deliverables.
