Come join the Training, Alliance-enablement, Certification Organization (TACO), part of the Customer & Partner Group, and help us become the defining enterprise software partner ecosystem of the 21st century. Together we will scale the ServiceNow community with a robust and simple Partner Enablement plan to deliver exceptional value to our shared customers.
The Role:
The Technology Partnership Enablement Director will be a critical stakeholder in ServiceNow’s global strategic plan to build and develop key technology partnerships. With a keen focus on public cloud, market shift, and 360-degree customer relationships as part of ServiceNow’s path to $15B+. This role will sit as a new pillar of ServiceNow’s Partner Enablement team – comprised of Partner Enablement Strategy, Regional Enablement, Partner Enablement Offerings, Partner Enablement Adoption, and Technology Partnership Enablement. He or she will be instrumental in driving consumption and enablement for our current and new technology partnership solutions and the strategic design for sales and delivery enablement both internal to ServiceNow stakeholders and external to the partner ecosystem.
Reporting to the Vice President, Partner Enablement, this individual will bring global leadership and an entrepreneurial nature to the way we approach and solve the enablement and subsequent growth of our strategic technology partnerships in an extremely fast paced organization. This individual will be in lock step with ServiceNow stakeholders across the broader Customer & Partner (C&P) Organization, Go To Market Organization and the Strategic Technology Alliances Organization.
Responsibilities:
This person will have a strong understanding of the global technology ISV market and apply that experience to the internal and external enablement plan for ServiceNow technology partnership products, solutions and integrations. This individual will also support the enablement execution of our newly announced Microsoft-ServiceNow Strategic Partnership. This role requires a seasoned and well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management, as well as a proven track record in driving and executing enablement programs. Excellent project management, technical skills and broad execution capabilities will be required. In this role he or she will be responsible for:
Designing, creating, and launching technology partnership strategic enablement plan for the partner ecosystem, the technology partner’s field sales and the ServiceNow field sales.
Enabling our ServiceNow sales organization (in collaboration with internal enablement) and partners to sell, deliver, and support new technology partnership products, solutions and integrations, a rapidly growing part of the ServiceNow business.
Coordinating efforts with all internal ServiceNow stakeholders to enable Microsoft Federal Field Sales and ServiceNow Field Sales on a new combined cloud offering, value proposition of better together, and the sales motion in preparation for the product launch.
Elevate and expand the ServiceNow technology partnership go-to-market messaging internally with the field and externally with our Partners.
Create a holistic global enablement toolkit and portfolio with new and existing repeatable methods and assets for enhancing cross-region efficiencies and scaling self-service best practices for prioritized technology partnerships.
Participate in and provide enablement support with aligned account teams, partner enablement team and partners.
Manage priorities to stay focused on the core objectives to our success while navigating a fast-paced, high-demand, cross-functional environment.
Staying current on product developments and releases as well as how the technology partnership products, solutions and integrations align to ServiceNow.
Set metrics, analyze, and report on success of technology partnerships enablement program and, in the process, identify gaps or area of growth opportunity.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
8+ years building and enabling strategic scale and growth in the technology ISV market.
Experience successfully enabling new joint products and 360-degree relationships in the SaaS tech partnership space to achieve company objectives.
Demonstrated ability working with a cross functional team internally and externally.
Success building trust and rapport with field teams and partners to quickly identify gaps in the overall enablement offering.
Experience designing and leading technology partnership enablement programming for the sales organization and partner ecosystem.
Highly organized with strong program management skills.
Proven communicator with experience simplifying the way Partners engage with a SaaS company and technology partnerships.
Strong people skills, with distinct ability to motivate and influence people in a heavily matrixed organization.
Passion for enabling sales organizations, Partners and the ServiceNow Community.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
