Job Description
The key goal of this role is to drive the Brand Experience business forward, continuing double digit growth to one of our newest experience lines in Asia Pacific & Japan.
This role is a senior subject matter expert with extensive brand research experience who loves to work with customers to craft forward thinking brand tracking solutions.You will work cross functionally on sales strategy, deal support, training, marketing activities, delivery teams and input into future product roadmap.
Most of your efforts will be focused in a pre-sales environment including cross-functional initiatives that include marketing brand building activity, content generation, contributing to analyst reports/relationships, attending events, delivering workshops, and directing account based marketing activity.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications
- At least 10 years extensive experience & knowledge related to brand research methodologies and familiarity with how these approaches work
- Extensive experience interacting with clients in both pre- and post-sales capacities (at least 3 years of new business development)
- Strong understanding of the brand space, roles, decision making and business value
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Willingness & ability to build expertise in Qualtrics' products and solutions
- Travel expectations around 25-35% (pending covid restrictions)
