About you:

In this learning intensive role, the BI Analyst will provide day to day analytical support to the organization with an emphasis on SaaS performance and strategic analytics. The ideal candidate is a curious, committed learner who is also a data power user, constantly seeking efficiencies. They come with a proven track record for optimizing reporting processes, so time is spent most efficiently on analyzing data and seeking the right questions and suggesting solutions that lead to highest business impact. They have a contagious love for data and are passionate about the meaning behind the numbers.

What You'll be Doing:

• Create Tableau data models including, but not limited to using Salesforce connectors
• Create, publish, validate and maintain Tableau dashboards that support GTM analytics and SaaS metrics
• Proactively analyze to identify business trends, measure operational and strategic success in order to inform decision-making
• Support the CFOs organization with strategic analytics such as market opportunity analysis, pricing optimization, product performance and provide actionable insights to help drive strategy and revenue
• Optimize reporting processes for accuracy, repeatability and efficiency
• QA new reporting features and implementations
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and analysis specific roles
• Expert level Tableau skills in data modeling, blending and data visualization
• Strong understanding of relational databases and expertise in complex SQL scripting
• Experience working with large and disparate datasets
• Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet modeling
• Proficiency in R, Python, or other data analytic tools are a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent analytical abilities to break down and solve complex problems
• Always curious, seeking out problem areas by asking the right questions
• Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse teams
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• SaaS experience, a plus
