LevelTen Energy is looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to support the Developer Relations team in managing its extensive network of renewable energy project developers across the globe. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing the Developer Relations team with actionable data and insights to ensure the team is meeting (and ideally exceeding) its ambitious goals. The Analyst is an essential part of the Developer Relations team and is the foundation of our shared success.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure the Developer Relations team has a complete view of active project developers through regular reviews of industry news and other databases containing project development information
• Conduct project due diligence, including researching and recommending software tools to improve the due diligence process
• Maintain accurate developer account records in LevelTen’s customer relationship management software
• Serve as air traffic control for inbound inquiries, assigning tasks to Developer Relations Managers
• Continuously identify improvements to Developer Relations process and products, automating tasks whenever possible
• Flexible project support - we are a growing startup and there will be new tasks/projects each day
• Independent ownership of tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for Developer Relations team
• Lead production of market intelligence reports for external distribution utilizing Tableau, which may require coordination with cross-functional teams
• Audit user activity on LevelTen Platform to identify opportunities to incentivize engagement
• Lead QAQC processes on project data submitted to LevelTen’s Platform

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Required:

• 1 – 2 years experience in renewable energy development and/or operations analyst role
• Comfort and fluency working with and analyzing large datasets in Excel, ability to leverage this analysis to inform business processes
• Demonstrated interest in the renewable energy industry and project development process, and a strong commitment to learn
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic, startup environment
• Strong attention to detail

Strongly Preferred:

• Work experience at a utility-scale renewable energy development firm
• Experience managing contacts and accounts in customer relationship management tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Operations experience in an online marketplace and/or software company
• Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g. ESRI, QGIS, and ArcGIS)
• Experience generating data visualizations and work products with Tableau for internal and external distribution
• Demonstrated leadership of special projects and initiatives
