Your Next Challenge:

Getty Images is looking for a Benefits Analyst for its global benefits team. This role supports and drives our goal to make Getty Images one of the best places to work globally by providing competitive and innovative benefits that are communicated clearly and are easily accessible for our employees. You will help to deliver outstanding employee engagement through benchmarking standard methodologies, researching industry and employment trends, tracking legislation, and auditing financial impact.

You communicate clearly and advise teams across the globe to help define and operate efficient business processes and plan design. What You Will Do:

• Understand the business and our employee benefits needs so that you can help drive benefit plan design improvements and employee engagement.
• In partnership with other team members and external vendors, you will help to determine employee benefit plan design by benchmarking standard methodologies, researching industry and employment trends, and tracking and providing analytical support to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor the global benefits budget and assist with financial planning and forecasting.
• Project manage, through partnerships with local brokers, all benefit plan renewals including rate review and cost consolidation options.
• Analyze and consolidate information and make recommendations to executive leadership
• Create and maintain a global benefits plan document depository ensuring all documents and service contracts are up to date.
• Project manage and test new vendor feed implementations by developing data specifications and adherence to business requirements.
• Prepare and deliver management planning tools and executive summaries
• Assist with various projects across the whole Human Resources function.

What You Will Need:

• Demonstrated ability working in Benefits Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Outstanding data analysis and advanced Excel skills required, including working with large and varied datasets
• CEBS, GPHR, and/or GBA, or current progression through such tracks, strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HRIS, benefits, and reporting modules strongly preferred (Workday a plus)
• Experience in benefits enrollment platforms preferred (Workday a plus)
• Excellent organization, written and verbal skills
• Good judgment and ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across global partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust quickly to shifting priorities
• Ability to problem-solve and introduce process improvements
• High awareness of and respect for critical and confidential Human Resources data

Mental and Physical Demands:

• Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
• Occasionally moving objects up to 20 lbs and frequently moving objects up to 10 lbs.
• Frequent sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing; the time of each will vary.
• Constant operation of computer and frequent usage of other office machinery, including (but not limited to) calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
• Constant assessment of accuracy and thoroughness of the work assignment.

Health Insurance

We provide Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance for you and your family. We partner with Quantum Health, Meritain (An Aetna Company), and CVS Caremark to provide you with two options for medical coverage - a POS plan and an HSA-qualified (Health Savings Account) Plan. The POS plan comes with a $200 per year Getty Images contribution to an FSA account. If you enroll in the HSA plan, Getty Images will give you $1400-$2400 per year to spend on any qualified health expenses as you please! This money is yours, rolls over each year, and you can take it with you if you leave Getty Images. Dental insurance is available through Delta Dental. Vision Insurance is available through VSP. All full-time employees working at least 25 hours per week will become eligible for health benefits the 1st of the month following their date of hire. Contributions to health care accounts are prorated based on the date of hire.

Time off Work/life balance is important to us

We provide flexible time off and 10 sick days each calendar year. Additionally, we pay 4 weeks of fully-paid Parental Leave for new parents, with primary caregivers eligible for an additional 8 weeks of fully-paid leave.
