RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be involved on a project basis as well as operational activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Need strong general BA skillsets
• process mapping
• use case definition
• requirements gathering
• requirements gathering working with Tech Team on dev and configuration
• integration and testing efforts
• ability to work with trainers and for training execution and materials creation
• UAT planning and execution
• communications go-live support / hypercare / adoption
• liaison with OCM teams
• Tech stack is Axway, as well as Oracle (transitioning to SAP)
• Need a BA with a broader knowledge of Serialization and its business side
• Need to possess business knowledge and experience as well as ideally have technical acumen in the serialization, aggregation and track and trace field in pharmaceuticals
• To work within the PST time zone, and flexible to work time to time with Ireland time zone or other US time zones
