The Senior Data Manager will report directly to the Director Operations COE and will be responsible for leading and developing a team of data analysts, developing an operations data strategy, ensuring consistent and reliable delivery of day to day operating metrics and reports, and ensuring governance processes are in place within EagleView Operations.
Primary Responsibilities: 

• Develop a high performing cross trained team focused on building strong analytical, data strategy, research and business skills while sustaining employee engagement and retention.
• Define, monitor, and report key business metrics and KPI's for leadership team
• Design, implement and manage various reporting processes and dashboards
• Develop standardized process for report intake and execution/delivery of reports and data
• Drive the development and improvement of the analytic environment and reporting
• Promote information transparency across the Operations and all of EagleView functions
• Document and enforce policies for effective data management, and work with other departments as required to share and support data integrity across EagleView.
• Refine data collection processes to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
• Establish rules and procedures for data and report/dashboard sharing with upper management, external stakeholders etc.
• Support operations and cross functional partners in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards
• Leverage data across CRM (Salesforce) and other business & operational platforms using dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI) to build a unified metric capability 
• Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
• Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to ensure data quality and consistency
• Work with appropriate departments to ensure adequate solutions are reached that will support data quality
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and authorize maintenance or modifications by working with appropriate departments at EagleView
• Support career growth and development of the team

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) 
• Advanced understanding of query languages and relational/transactional database tools (ex: SQL, Snowflake, Oracle DB, Amazon RDS, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
• Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to solve problems, track and record detailed information
• Experience writing white papers, industry content or technical writing a plus
• A Bachelor's degree preferred 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as data manager, leader of data analysts or similar role
• Experience with Power BI or similar data analytics tools Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
