The Challenge
Qualtrics is currently searching for a program innovator to join their fast paced Analyst Relations team. This is a great opportunity to join a high growth company in a role with potential for growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Analyst Relations, this position will accelerate and evolve the existing AI/Analytics AR program in the following ways:
- Strategically manage relationships with core analysts, and evolve the relationships to create proactive analyst advocates
- Apply strategic thinking to core program management in order to evolve AR direction and strategy, continually driving innovation into the AR and communications programs
- Harness strategic internal partnerships in order to improve tactical outcomes, contribute to broader organizational goals and unearth strategic opportunities for AR contribution
- Broaden visibility of the company, its strategy and core products
- Evangelize and educate internal partners on AR success and program evolution
Expectations for Success
- Provide end to end management of strategy, analyst relationships and execution for a product line and AR strategic program
- Own full management of all evaluative and strategic report contribution including Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves and IDC Market Scapes, including in-season and off season plans to improve placements
- Own the fast paced coordination of setting up meetings, tours, consulting days and news briefings
- Be a trusted internal partner with the ability to staff analyst meetings and tours, provide first level feedback to spokespeople, share thoughtful notes with stakeholders, own follow up, suggest next steps and contribute to strategy
- Understand the value of marketing back to build relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
- Partner internally to build and deliver great content and assets, good judgment on quality of content and who would find it useful, and ability to measure effectiveness of content
- Demonstrate excellent judgment for company's best interest, strong situational analysis, and has the ability to negotiate
- Be a great team player – willing to jump in and help others, take on new responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements
- BA/BS in Communications, Technology or Business preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Analyst Relations in the technology industry, or related discipline
- Previous experience in Product Marketing or Public Relations preferred
- Enterprise software and/or cloud computing experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources
- Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders
- Some established analyst relationships
- High level of energy, enthusiastic team player and dedication to excellence
