Our first product

Our first product is a mobile work-flow intelligence software, powered by Voice, NLP and ML, designed specifically to streamline and enhance the critical workflow of frontline industrial maintenance teams.

This solution significantly improves technician productivity and strengthens team capabilities by empowering technicians with work order management, tribal knowledge capture and access, intelligent search, seamless shift handoffs, and more, all from a simplified, intuitive mobile interface designed specifically for them — there is a never-ending list of fun interactions to design and UI challenges to solve.

Are you the right person?

Genba already has customers such as GE Power and Pratt & Whitney using and loving our product. We're growing quickly and, with product design absolutely core to what we do, this role requires a rockstar Senior Product Designer to help shape what Genba’s products will become.

As the organization’s first full-time product designer, you will report to one of Genba’s Co-Founders and Head of Product + CX, as well as collaborate closely with the team.

• Own and deliver the end-to-end product design process for multiple features
• Design consumer-friendly UX solutions for otherwise complex industrial workflows
• Execute all UI with visual design polish
• Maintain and iterate on design components to drive consistency and reusability throughout the app
