Role
As we continue expanding our Workflow Design Studio, we are seeking a curious design thinker to create and lead our new 'Lab' team that will work directly with our Product and Sales teams to co-create stories and visuals that inspire our customers about the possibilities of ServiceNow. The Workflow Design Studio Lab will create remarkable narratives with accompanying visuals and then work collaboratively with demo and video production teams to deliver the most compelling customer-facing demos. Artifacts from engagements may include storyboards, visual experiences, Figma mock ups, and process blueprints.

- Bring a strong sense of design, creativity, and marketing for the development of relative presentation narratives and experiences.
- Inspire interaction designers, architects, writers, service designers to deliver amazing customer experiences through collaboration and validation.
- Drive recruiting, hiring, and coaching of exceptional Lab members driven to reimagine the customer experience.
- Develop and continually improve team vision and performance as it relates to service offerings, outputs, and team design.
- Evangelize team contributions providing outreach to key sales and marketing partners.
- Participate in sprints and projects ensuring strong connection to team, process, and collaboration partners.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 7+ years of experience managing a diverse creative/multi-disciplinary team.
- 5+ years of experience of working from a design thinking approach with the ability to envision and inspire holistic customer-centric solutions.
- Ability to nurture an environment that supports collaboration and continuous improvement, along with strong mentoring and communication skills.
- Hands-on, journalistic approach, managing content production.
- Complete understanding and mastery of the narrative creation process including: scripting, storyboarding, directing, editing, etc.
- The ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.
- To be an empathic and optimistic leader who flourishes when collaborating closely with customers, other business units and sales teams.
- Able to articulate and logically communicate concepts with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling conflicts, expense review and approval, activity reporting etc.
- Experience with the ServiceNow product suite or competitive product suites highly desirable
