An Insider's view of Logic20/20

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

I have a very complicated personal life, and Logic20/20 has been there for me and they've had my back. At the drop of a hat, I will have to leave a project and spend 2-3 weeks in the hospital. Then I say everything is good, I'm ready to come back and they place me on a project. So that's been a blessing balancing my family and work.

Lead Developer

What projects are you most excited about?

Our client asks millions of customers their purpose for calling and we’re building a way to predict that. We're leveraging speech to text technology, which is fed into an unsupervised machine learning model. This information will also automate information retrieval from disparate systems to improve both customer and employee experience.

Sr. Manager, Digital Transformation

How does the company support your career growth?

Logic provides lots of opportunities to grow and learn – I check out books and partake in online training using our Safari Books Online subscription. I’m also preparing for an AWS certification, which Logic encourages and reimburses.
