The Maps team at INRIX is aggressively driving innovation, design and implementation of large scale distributed maps ingestion and processing pipelines using cutting-edge technology stacks. You will have a strategic role participating in decisions that will shape new maps processing and services platform which will be used by all INRIX products. 
 

Who we are looking for: 

• We are looking for both Junior and Senior Software Engineer in this team with minimum 2+ years of experience in production level software development and design.
• Solid skills developing in C# or Java and some experience with SQL. If you don’t have experience with these languages, you will need to demonstrate very strong programming skills with one or more and show us you can learn the others quickly.
• Experience building and maintaining performant, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed software systems.
• Ability to understand and implement complex algorithms.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows. Experience with AWS technologies such as EC2, EMR, RDS and S3.
• Experience in graph processing and/or map reduce will be a plus.
• Collaborative team player. Our team is at the center point of many different products and offerings and we collaborate with most other engineering and data science teams in the company.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, or related discipline.
