New Engen is looking for a Software Development Manager with proven experience. You'll drive the evolution and scalability of our powerful digital marketing technology for our SaaS customers. This is an exciting and meaningful role and is ideal for someone with enthusiasm, dedication, excellent technical and communication abilities and a real passion for growing our company in to its next phase.

Qualifications

• You demonstrate emotional intelligence
• You have 10 or more years of experience in software development
• You have built modern web applications using restful HTTP web services
• You have built SaaS multi-tier distributed systems
• You are an experienced interviewer and have helped shape a team
• You can effectively manage team resources to deliver your goals
• You can keep your team progressing by motivating and removing roadblocks
• You can track team progress and provide updates to New Engen leaders
• You are accountable for your team’s productivity and career development

• You have experience leading or managing teams
• You have experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud native systems (AWS)
• You have worked with large data sets
• You have experience working with Atlassian development tools
