The Capacity Management team at ServiceNow drives server resource availability to support the ServiceNow cloud. We own hardware lifecycle from forecasting future demand, run state resource management, and hardware retirement for all ServiceNow Production Datacenters.
The Strategic Customer Capacity Manager is tasked with reviewing the overall state of our top 25 customers and being able to articulate the Datacenter resource need for these customers. This role also requires alignment with our Senior Director and our VP Leadership for utilization queries and summaries.

- Work with internal teams to scope hardware requirements, current and future (Account teams, System Administration, Swat, etc.)
- Work with Forecasting activity to account for non-standard customer requirements
- Monitor and plan on actions to support customer scale and growth
- Database Catalog Size
- Concurrent User Load
- Database Transaction Load
- Application Burst Demand
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and how we support customers with non-standard requirements
- Awareness on Top 25 customers hardware resource requirements
