How has your career grown since starting at the company?

My career growth at LevelTen has been incredible – I have seized the opportunity to wear a variety of hats across multiple teams and meaningfully contribute to a broader vision all while continuing to build my professional skill set. I’m extremely proud to be a part of the critical global transition away from fossil fuels and towards renewables.

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

LevelTen has an open and collaborative culture where sales, marketing, product, analytics and other teams combine freely to focus on solving customer challenges in ad-hoc teams. We’re small, focused, and don’t have silos in the way some larger companies do. Seattle-based and remote employees interact often via video-link and in-office visits.
