AP and AR Accountant

We also serve businesses with a rapidly maturing SaaS platform designed to help call center operators, marketers and others who rely on real time connections to amplify trust in their brand to reach more customers.
We are looking for an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our rapidly growing team. You will have prior accounts payable and accounts receivable experience and will have an attention to detail and organized. Ideal candidates should also be comfortable and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
As an AP and AR Accountant, you’ll:
- Manage and process vendor setup/maintenance; maintain W9s and 1099 process
- Handle and process employee expense reports using Concur
- Communicate effectively with outside vendors and internal customers to resolve vendor invoice discrepancies
- Work with internal revenue stream owners to enter and send out invoices for customers and monitor AR aging
- Follow up with customers, lead collections and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in filing and ensuring supporting documentation is complete and organized
- Perform ad hoc analysis and other duties, as assigned
You don’t have to check all of the boxes, but we believe these are important requirements for this role:
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel, including ability to use pivot table and vlookup
- Working knowledge of basic accounting and the understanding of GAAP
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills that enable you to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the business and is self-motivated to learn
- Desire to improve and promote quality and scalability from a growing company
- Bachelor’s degree
