The Credit and Collections team is committed to facilitating sustainable revenue growth, developing strong client relationships, protecting the company’s margins and profits, and maximizing the value of the company’s accounts receivable. We perform financial analyses, develop plans for clients and work collaboratively with teams directly contributing to Tango Card’s mission to make rewards easy to send and awesome to receive.

This position will report to our Senior Credit Manager Lindan Wharton.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with team to evaluate new and current customer credit line requirements and flexing of credit lines
  • Provide strategic input on risk components for portfolio administration
  • Manage DNB portal imports for Customers / Brands
  • Oversee ERP customer credit line and invoice management
  • Handle our customers past due invoices by communicating with customers and internal teams, with timely escalation as needed
  • Follow economic and market trends to proactively mitigate credit/collections risks
  • Reporting across all areas of compliance and risk

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of credit experience in a fast paced environment, NACM certification preferred
  • Detail oriented self-starter with excellent analytical skills, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with Excel, Google Apps, and learning new software/tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, related field or equivalent experience
