About the Role 

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join Highspot’s Accounting team. This role will support all aspects of Highspot’s General Ledger team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are dynamic, motivated, and have strong communication skills. They have a strong understanding of GAAP and have relevant industry experience.

What You'll Do

• Both prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations in a variety of complex and technical accounting areas, in support of month-end close.
• Identify and develop new processes as the business grows and develops.
• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by performing or directing research of accounting issues for compliance.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher education equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze financial data and identify anomalies
• 3+ years of public and/or industry experience. Experience in a fast-paced SaaS organization a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business partners and drive meaningful change through process development and/or improvement
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to prioritize multiple deliverables
• CPA Preferred
• Experience with NetSuite a plus
