We are currently hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst, to be based out of Bellevue (soon-to-be Seattle!) location. Could this be you?

Who You Are:

  • You are keenly curious about what drives the business and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You possess qualitative and quantitative financial skills, as well as strong attention to detail
  • The ability to succinctly synthesize findings; excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to influence others
  • You are able to multi-task and work independently with limited guidance; work well under pressure
  • You are an innovative thinker, and have the ability to analyze problems, create a framework for approach, and propose solutions

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, business or other relevant field
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data manipulation, financial modelling, reporting, insights, and transforming insights into recommendations
  • Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with excellent data-management, and presentation skills; familiarity with financial reporting software (Hyperion/Oracle) a plus

What You Will Do:

As a member of the Global FP&A team you will be responsible for providing financial reports and insightful analysis necessary to support the management of Egencia’s global business, drive initiatives, and support decision-making. You will also have responsibility for working on scenario planning and decision support tools and models to analyze and drive the further growth and profitability of Egencia.

  • You will assist your manager in both the forecasting and the monitoring of volume and client revenues
  • You will provide monthly analysis and reports on variances actuals versus forecast
  • You will build and report on Key Performance Indicators in a growing and evolving organization
  • You will partner with key global Sales and AM leaders to help them understand their key business drivers to drive growth while maintaining healthy financial performance
  • You will lead special projects and ad hoc analysis requiring management skills and ability to perform and present complex financial analyses
