Senior Financial Analyst

This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like. Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday.
Your role and impact
98point6 is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with financial planning and analysis experience in a high-growth environment. Partnering with multiple departments, you will be responsible for providing meaningful and actionable budgets, forecasts, financial analyses and reporting. With an eye to the future, you will create efficient analyses and processes that scale and support the goals of a rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for departments that you support
- Provide insightful analyses (examples: budget performance, project evaluation, other ad-hoc financial analysis) to business partners
- Develop, produce and communicate actionable financial reporting
- Collaborate with other members of the financial planning and analysis function to develop budgets, forecasts and long range financial plans at the corporate level
- Continually improve the budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes to efficiently scale and support company growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years in financial planning and analysis in a high-growth environment
- Experience developing budgets, forecasts, reporting and financial models
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate numbers into stories and actions
- Highly skilled at building and maintaining close working relationships to collaborate with business partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
