Your Next Challenge:
Reporting to the VP, Chief Accounting Officer, this position is responsible for leading the internal audit department, raising awareness of control risk and enhancing the Company’s global internal control environment.  The Senior Manager, Internal Audit is responsible for reviewing company controls, policies and procedures, with particular emphasis on the company’s internal control processes. This includes creating an annual plan based on the Company’s strategic plans, major initiatives, and key risks. This individual will direct, administer, and oversee resources and staff in executing the plan and in addressing important, unplanned issues affecting internal control. Will consult with management to help devise realistic plans for improving internal control and will apprise management of issues and findings resulting from the work performed. In addition, will advise senior management and the Audit Committee of new matters arising from regulatory actions, and current topics of interest in the realm of corporate governance.

What You’ll Do:
Plan and execute the annual risk assessment and audit plan to address key risks identified
Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of operational, SOX, and IT audits for all Getty Images locations for the purpose of identifying, analyzing and recommending corrective actions with respect to weaknesses in internal control, identifying operational and financial opportunities for improving the operation effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability of the company
Coordinate and perform testing procedures to support management’s assessment of internal controls over financial reporting in accordance with the COSO Framework and Sarbanes-Oxley Act, including generation and evaluation of audit work papers
Represent the Corporate Audit function on significant cross functional teams, at times providing leadership to these efforts
Identify areas and processes for improvement and proposes recommendations helping improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes
Act as liaison between the Company and external audit personnel and works with management in all areas to define the audit function as it relates to overall business activities
Build relationships with key leaders and promotes internal controls across the business
Lead special projects dealing with (but not limited to) reviews of system implementations, M&A due diligence, corporate reorganizations and investigations

What You’ll Need:  
Minimum 6-10 years relevant experience
A broad understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements
Working knowledge of IT systems and new technologies (Oracle and Salesforce a plus)
Strong team player with proven leadership abilities
Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate plans and issues to senior management

Education and Certifications: 
BA or BS in Accounting/Finance or quantitative discipline
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or CISA certification
