We are seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to join our Total Rewards team. You will administer our employee benefits program, ensuring that employees understand and are able to enroll in their benefits options. This role will support the North America and EMEA regions.
What you will do:
- Develop and administer employee benefits communications to ensure employee awareness of their full benefit offerings, including conducting educational presentations and assisting with employee orientations
- Ensure employee benefit enrollment processing for timely coverage
- Answer any questions regarding employee benefits
- Manager open enrollment periods annually
- Ensure health and welfare and leave benefits comply with federal, state and local laws
- Maintain accurate employee benefit records, census data, and profiles
- Assist in managing stock plans, equity allocations, and Carta stock system
- Review regional benefit offerings annually, market comparisons and assist in benefit cost analysis for renewal cycles
- Assist with global Total Rewards projects as needed and directed by the Director of Global Total Rewards
What you will bring:
- CEBS certification required
- 5+ years of experience benefit experience in North America and EMEA regions
- You are a benefits professional are well versed in anticipating and implementing benefits programs within the AMER and EMEA regions
- BA/BS required in Business, HR or related field
