The Chief People Officer (CPO) is, with the CEO, the vision-holder for Bungie's culture and employee experience. They have a passion for building and supporting world-class teams and making the environments that inspire their best work. The Bungie CPO works closely with the leadership team and is a key member of the senior executive staff. The CPO leads all HR and Recruiting for the company and is a partner, confidante, and advisor to the CEO. The CPO ensures that Bungie is attracting and retaining the best game professionals in the world and is fostering a best-in-class environment for creativity and collaboration.

As CPO

1. Develops and implements Bungie's integrated employee experience strategy in collaboration with the Bungie Leadership Team
2. Oversees Bungie's HR, recruiting functions in alignment with the strategy
3. Ensures Bungie's compliance with all legal and business requirements related to the above functions
4. Manages and reports on all aspects of Bungie employee experience departments
5. Advises Bungie leadership on tools, technologies, or best practices related to the CPO functions
