You have a strong background in compensation analysis and you are anxious to work in a driven, fun, collaborative team environment.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs
  • Prepare compensation analyses and reporting for HR, Management, and Executives
  • Manage and administer salary band structure, including slotting new positions and updating ranges
  • Conduct analyses of jobs, base salaries, and incentives to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of pay practices
  • Determine appropriate market rates for jobs
  • Administer equity program grants
  • Administer and support the development of non-sales incentive compensation programs, including documentation, eligibility, tracking within HRIS system, and working with Finance for budgeting
  • Administer the annual salary review program, including merit increases and promotions
  • Evaluate new jobs, promotions, and re-classifications, and recommend compensation elements for positions, including base and incentive pay, market range, and placement within our global salary bandstructure
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures assisting both employees and managers with benefit policy interpretation to ensure consistent employment practices
  • Keep apprised of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance
  • Research and monitor FLSA and EEOC compliance
  • Evaluate and administer overall job levels, pay grades, and market ranges company-wide

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR-related experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • You have the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment and navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience in developing, executing and maintaining HR projects and programs
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company
  • Ability to stylistically adapt communication-based on audience
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills as well as excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • You have demonstrated an ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP) preferred
