Culture and Talent Resource Manager
This position is responsible for providing senior-level administrative support for the management of Hostwinds. The Culture and Talent Resource Manager plays a crucial role in aligning Hostwinds' executives' time to manage the implementation and execution of Hostwinds' objectives, by acting as a liaison. A strong technical background is desired for this role.
Responsibilities
- HR Management
- Reach-outs and scheduling of interviews for prospective employees
- Assist with personnel issues including hiring, disciplinary actions, and unemployment claims
- Payroll Management
- PTO and Benefit Management
- Planning Company outings and events
General Management Tasks
Performs all administrative duties for the CEO
Prioritizes and manages the CEO's calendar and commitments, including coordination of meetings (internal and external), conference calls, travel and appointments
Handling of confidential information, using discretion and judgment
Attend meetings as requested, and assist in note-taking, and action items
Managing Payments for Bills/Invoices
Scheduling of Internal/External Meetings
Management of Company travel arrangements
Handling Company relationships/disputes with vendors
Ensuring the office is clean, and stocked with supplies
Qualification Requirements:
- 5+ Years of administrative experience
- Comprehensive Computer Experience
- Expansive technical understanding
- Ability to plan, organize, and multitask simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, taking direction
- Composure and professionalism
