Luum is seeking a collaborative Director of HR to champion Luum's culture and nurture a positive working environment in line with our core values. You'll work closely with Luum's leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, as well as manage our day-to-day HR policies and processes.

We're looking for innovative candidates with experience developing the HR practice and effectively managing change within a growing organization. If you have a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between leaders and employees with empathy and authenticity, we'd love to speak with you!

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you will:

  • Lead the continual improvement of our HR policies and processes
  • Develop a comprehensive people strategy in accordance with Luum's business goals and to mitigate risk
  • Establish new standards to help us attract, retain and train the Luum team including total rewards, professional development and performance management
  • Advocate for employees, addressing their ideas, feedback and concerns
  • Drive a variety of initiatives in collaboration with employees, including helping us become an anti-racist organization
  • Manage the end-end employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll and offboarding
  • Represent Luum externally with customers and prospects on how commute benefits support the HR function

We'd love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience
  • A passion for the employee experience
  • End-end experience of the employee lifecycle
  • Technical knowledge of HR specialities including employment law and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated experience scaling HR at a growing company
