HR Operations Analyst

What we want you to do:
- Oversee day to day HR Operations requests and activities.
- Support continuous improvements to HR Operations services and processes as they evolve to meet changing organizational and business needs
- Review and approve all Workday employee action requests.
- Maintain annual hiring plan within Workday, working closely with Recruiting and Finance teams.
- Create and/or improve Workday reports for HR and business users.
- Team with HR partners and Payroll team to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in effective review and testing of Workday upgrades.
- Create and maintain Workday training documentation for employees and managers so users can understand and utilize Workday accurately and effectively.
- Provide Workday support which services employee questions, data requests, report requests, access issues, including WD accounts and supervisory organization maintenance.
- Assist with data entry and other HR operational work as necessary.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience working in Human Resources department.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Workday HCM a huge plus.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask– sensible enough to escalate when competing time sensitive priorities exist.
- Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially basic Excel functions (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
